Here's what we're eating this week

We are also going to have two meals that are always a slam dunk for my whole family, Air Fryer Asian Salmon Bowls, and Big Mac Smash Tacos. These smash tacos have totally changed the game for us when it comes to burgers. I no longer want to make traditional burgers at home anymore. These are way easier to eat, and I can stretch one pound of ground beef to make eight tacos. I’ve never tried them with ground turkey before, but we may give that a go this week!

I’m excited to try two new recipes this week! Lately I feel like I’ve been only cycling through some of our tried and true meals, and I’m starting to get a little tired of them. I’ve mentioned before that my kids love anything with an Asian flavor profile, so we are going to give this One Pot Pad Thai a try. We’re going to try a new chicken recipe, Crispy Chicken Breasts with Arugula and Lemon Vinaigrette, one night this week as well. Both of my children like arugula, so any time I run across a recipe that calls for it, I want to give it a shot.
